SOLUTIO guarantees that personal data obtained from users through the web page in any of the forms used to collect information in order to access any of the services offered, will be used in a way that complies with the requirements provided for in Organic Law 15/1999 regarding the protection of personal data.
SOLUTIO guarantees the protection of personal data and public freedoms of individuals, especially their honour and intimacy. Therefore it agrees to absolute Confidentiality for the information collected from clients. Likewise, with each of the forms obtained, the person in charge of the information folder will provide the user with detailed information relating to the treatment, purpose, used of data, the compulsory or optional use of answers, as well as the consequences of refusing to provide them and in general all of the requirements of applicable legislation.
SOLUTIO guarantees that the server used to store the data is equipped with adequate security measures, in order to avoid access to that data by non-authorized third parties. However, the person in charge of the data file will not guarantee or assume any responsibility for losses and damage, of any type, that could result from any alteration, loss, treatment, non-authorized use or illicit use of the user information by third parties, owing to causes that are not attributable to SOLUTIO.
Likewise, SOLUTIO guarantees users the possibility of exercising their rights to access, oppose, cancel and rectify information in compliance with the provisions contained in Law 15/1999 concerning the protection of personal data.
These rights to access, rectify, oppose and cancel can be exercised by the User, and where necessary by their representative, through a written and signed request sent to the following address: Calle Los Madrazo no.28, 2nd floor, post code: 28014 Madrid. The aforementioned request should contain the following information: name and surname of the User, residence for the purposes of notification, a photocopy of the user’s national identity number document or passport, and a petition that specifies the nature of the request.

Industrial and Intellectual Property Rights

All content, images, photographs, designs, logos are the property of SOLUTIO, or of their legitimate holders, and they have explicit authorization to use them on the website homepage. All text, graphic art, videos or supporting audio material is the property of SOLUTIO, or their content providers, and cannot be subjected to subsequent modification, copies, alteration, reproduction, adaptation or translation by the User or by third parties without the explicit authorization of the holders of that content.

Any user who would like to use any graphic, image, or photograph, must request explicit authorization by writing to SOLUTIO. A lack of response from SOLUTIO should not be taken as presumed authorization. Brands or logos that appear in the Portal are held by SOLUTION and are duly registered, or in the process of being registered. It is forbidden to reproduce or use this material without obtaining prior authorization obtained by writing to SOLUTIO. Use of access to the page does not provide the user with any rights regarding the different material shown on the homepage.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Laws

The general conditions outlined in the corresponding legal notice are governed by Spanish Jurisdiction, and the courts of Madrid are responsible for resolving any conflicts that may arise from these conditions.
